AI FOR BUSINESSES AND ORGANIZATIONS

AI workshops and solutions for your everyday work.

I help you identify useful tasks for artificial intelligence, train your team and, where needed, develop and test a tailored solution.

Where does the same problem keep returning?

Reports and documents

Collecting data, summarizing material and preparing similar documents. First, we check which part is suitable for AI and how you will verify the result.

Recurring enquiries

Finding information and drafting replies. Where needed, a person retains the final decision and sends the response.

Inconsistent AI use across the team

Some people already use AI; others do not know where to begin. I adapt the workshop to actual tasks, existing knowledge and your organization’s rules.

Let’s choose a suitable first step.

Sometimes better use of an existing tool is enough. Sometimes development makes sense. We check this before you commit to a larger project.

AI workshop for your team

For teams that want to understand AI better and use it in their work.

I prepare the workshop around selected tasks. We practise instructions, verification and responsible data handling. You leave with working templates and agreed next steps.

Workflow review

For organizations with a concrete problem that are unsure whether AI is the right answer.

I review the workflow, tools and constraints. I propose an initial test, success criteria and an estimate of the work and risks involved.

Solution development and testing

For teams with a selected use case that need technical implementation.

I develop a limited prototype or integration. We test it on agreed examples and determine what practical use still requires. Deployment and ongoing support are agreed separately.

Explore solution development

From the first conversation to a tested next step.

  1. Describe the task

What would you like to improve, who does the work and which tools do you use?

  2. Define the scope

I suggest a workshop, workflow review or limited development test. We agree on content, price and responsibilities before work begins.

  3. Test and evaluate

We check the result on agreed examples. You then decide whether further work makes sense.

Education and development in one approach.

I’m Aleš Spital, an educator and developer with a master’s degree in computer science. At eMind I combine explanation, interactive exercises and software development.

I don’t start with a list of tools. First, I want to know which work takes up your time.

Before our first conversation

Do we need to know which AI tool we need?

No. We start with the task and constraints. We choose a tool once we know what it must do and how we will verify the result.

Do we also have to commission development?

No. Workshops, workflow reviews and development are separate options. If an existing tool is sufficient, custom development is unnecessary.

Do we need technical knowledge?

Not for an introductory workshop. I adapt the content and difficulty to the group and the tasks you want to address.

How do we handle sensitive data?

For the first conversation, a task description without personal or confidential data is enough. Before working with real data, we agree on access, permitted tools and processing.

What does an engagement cost?

The price depends on scope, preparation and delivery format. Before work begins, you receive a quotation with clear inclusions and limitations.

Does the workshop guarantee legal compliance?

No. We address responsible AI use, limitations and verification. The workshop does not replace legal assessment or measures required for a particular use in your organization.

Which task would you like to improve?

A short description is enough to start. You do not need a technical specification or a chosen tool.
