WORKFLOW REVIEW AND DEVELOPMENT

Tailored AI solutions — from task to test.

I review your workflow and check whether an existing tool, simple automation or custom development can solve the problem. We start with a limited scope and clear success criteria.

Illustrative use cases

Working with documents

Extracting agreed data, drafting summaries or preparing structured output. Testing checks errors, missing data and the need for human review.

Searching internal knowledge

Helping find answers in selected material. Before implementation, we clarify access, source quality and what happens when an answer is not well supported.

Connecting recurring steps

Connecting forms, spreadsheets, email or other systems through available interfaces. Validation, error handling and a manual fallback also matter.

What a first project may include.

The quotation defines agreed inclusions and boundaries:

  • One selected workflow and its boundaries.
  • Agreed test material and a baseline of the current process where available.
  • A prototype or narrowly scoped integration.
  • Evaluation of useful output, errors and human review effort.
  • Documentation and a decision about further work.

Before practical deployment

A prototype is not a production-ready solution. Before deployment, we separately assess access, security, reliability, error handling, operating costs and maintenance responsibility.

We also agree on hosting, human responsibility, handover and support scope. Integration feasibility depends on API access, permissions and licences.

Development and operating costs

Licence, API, hosting and ongoing support costs depend on the chosen solution. The quotation separates development from any recurring costs.

I define the scope and price based on the task, preparation and delivery format. You receive a clear quotation before work begins.

When a simple process change is enough, there is no reason to build another system. An initial review also identifies what is not worth building.

From the first conversation to a tested next step.

  1. Describe the task

What would you like to improve, who does the work and which tools do you use?

  2. Define the scope

I suggest a workshop, workflow review or limited development test. We agree on content, price and responsibilities before work begins.

  3. Test and evaluate

We check the result on agreed examples. You then decide whether further work makes sense.

Which task would you like to improve?

A short description is enough to start. You do not need a technical specification or a chosen tool.
