AI WORKSHOPS FOR TEAMS
Your tasks as the starting point for an AI workshop.
Instead of surveying as many tools as possible, we select a few tasks that matter to your team. We use them to practise AI, verify results and handle data responsibly.

Who it is for
Teams working with documents, communication, reports or teaching materials who want to test where AI can help. I adapt the examples and assumed knowledge to the group.
What we prepare beforehand
We agree on the goal, select tasks and check which tools your organization permits. We prepare suitable data samples for practice. Confidential documents are not a condition of participation.
What we cover
- Clear instructions and useful context.
- Documents or other selected tasks.
- Checking answers, sources and errors.
- Tool limitations and handling personal and confidential data.
What you take away
Templates for the tasks covered, a way to verify results and suggested next steps for your team. The quotation defines included materials and any follow-up.
Format
We adapt the scope to your goal and group: a short introduction, half-day or full-day workshop, or an agreed programme. We define delivery format and preparation before confirmation.
Price
I prepare a quotation based on preparation, participant numbers, scope and delivery format.
Do you also need a technical solution?
A workshop may reveal a use case where development makes sense. This is a separate step with its own scope and quotation.
Example agenda
- Choose a task and a suitable sample.
- Prepare an instruction and test the result.
- Check errors and improve the approach.
- Agree on next steps.
Which task would you like to improve?
A short description is enough to start. You do not need a technical specification or a chosen tool.
